Don’t worry…. At Simplyland we realize that most people have not bought land online before, and many have not purchased any sort of real estate at all. With that said, we want all of our buyers to feel comfortable with the process prior to moving forward. How it works
At TerraScout, we’ve made buying land online simple, secure, and stress-free. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, our process is designed to help you find and own your ideal property — all from the comfort of your home.
Step 1 - Choose Your Dream Property
Find your dream property from our available listings, or tell us what you’re looking for. You can even visit the land anytime using the GPS coordinates on each property page.
Step 2 – Pay Down Payment & Doc Fee
Your down payment reserves the land and goes toward your balance. The closing fee varies by property. All payments are securely processed through Geekpay by card or secure link.
Step 3 – Closing – Make it yours!
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive all the necessary documents to make it official. Your land is ready for you to explore, build on, or hold as an investment.
